Workplace Campaign Toolkit

The Employee Campaign Coordinator (ECC) is responsible for conducting Berkshire United Way’s Annual Campaign within their company with the assistance of Berkshire United Way staff and Workplace Campaign Executives (f/k/a Loaned Executives).

A campaign that is fresh and fun makes the ECC’s job more enjoyable and creates increased awareness among co-workers.  Successful campaigns occur when people understand what Berkshire United Way is doing in our community.  The material available in this Toolkit is designed to assist ECCs in creating a successful campaign.  In addition to the Toolkit, Berkshire United Way staff is available to support and assist you as you plan and implement your campaign.

Whether you volunteered – or were volunteered – we thank you for your commitment to Berkshire United Way.  You have joined a talented, dedicated group of volunteers dedicated to making Berkshire County a community of hope and opportunity, where every individual and family lives, works and thrives.  Without your help, Berkshire United Way could not achieve its goals.
